Hello, fellow WIP writers! I hope your projects are coming along nicely.

I have a confession. I haven't written on any of my WIPs since May 14th. I put them on hold to write some original stuff. YAY. Or is it WOE? I mean, YAY WORDS, but woe for my fic WIPs. I'll come back to them, though! I really kinda have to... snippets are due June 1st! I want to get some significant writing done before then.

I hope y'all are doing better than me! Belly up to the bar and share your yays, woes, whines, or just say hello.

I was really hoping to have at least drafted the body of my big fic by the time snippets were due. Which would leave me a couple months for edits/revisions/deciding how much of the after effects to write.

This plan did not work.

I'm really not sure I should act like this fic is going to get done on time. I'm barely holding onto hopes, and they're not high hopes. Depends on whether I get hit with the inpirasion train during this week's car trip.

I'm trying to be positive since at least my little fic is in good shape, but I really wanted to finish the big one.
