How I do it: Go to any profile, then to the links at the top of the page: choose 'organize' then 'manage communities'. Choose 'settings' for WIPBB. Under settings choose 'display'. Scroll down to bottom of page to 'IDs or URLs of Sticky Entries' and c&p url to entry you want to make 'stick' to the top of the page there. Hope this helps!
