Summary: This AU for The Legend of Korra basically follows the plot of Captain America: The Winter Soldier, mostly from Korra's perspective, as she takes the place of Steve Rogers in this story (nothing surprising there). Feeling lost, alone, and out of place, she does missions for the White Lotus and tries to learn about a world that has moved on without the Avatar.
Without her being aware, one mission triggers a cascade of events, where secrets are exposed, enemies old and new are revealed, and a powerful fighter comes gunning for the Avatar. In an environment filled with spies and betrayal, Korra must figure out who she is fighting and who, if anyone, she can trust if she is going to survive.
Taking place mostly in Republic City, this story tries to keep the setting as consistent with the show as possible, except moved forward in time. Bending still exists, mixed in with modern communications and other technology, as well as firearms, and many of the familiar characters from Legend of Korra will show up.

Still, the subject matter isn't everyone's cup of tea. There's also several discussions and references to recklessness with one's life/martyr complex. The E rating is just to be extra safe.
Summary: Ever since their run in with the Justice Lords, Flash and Batman reached a new stage in their teammates-but-not-quite-friendship. The only problem is Flash is the only one who seems to think that, so he decides to see how far he can push past Batman's self imposed emotional isolation before the Bat admits they can be something more. Unfortunately for Flash, their job keeps getting in the way, including but not limited to stumbling upon a human trafficking ring and a worldwide invasion.
When the dust settles, Flash finds himself wanting more from the man under the cowl, and the harder Batman pulls away, the more Flash is drawn to the elusive but subtly compassionate loner. The Fastest Man Alive needs to rely on his patience if he wants to get anywhere in his quest.

That home is the house on Nielbolt, Bill figures some fresh air in a small town would be good for them, maybe also help their failing marriage.
Anyways guess what? The home already has residents. All of the Loser’s and some fun other cameos. Robert Gray is a just a ghost and he was just a human but his death (and what he did) was the catalyst for turning the home into a purgatory for everyone that would die there in later years.
The fic shows Bill and his blossoming friendship turned romance with Stan but they’re really just one of the many stories in this fic. Each of the Loser’s deaths are told- along with some of the cameos- and I’m really proud of the ideas I have for them. Richie’s is probably my favorite bc it adds to his ghost character. Spoiler: it has a lot to do with a pumpkin head. There’s also some side stories featuring their struggles of being stuck in this house.
It's a haunted house story with common themes of child murder/infant death and people making shitty decisions and there's a splash of romance but the main romance is kinda dubious.

Ruby spends some time recovering and receives a custom prosthetic to replace the grimm portion of her leg, and finally begins to train again so that she can get back into the action. But... Salem's march on Atlas has begun, and the battle won't be easy on anyone.

Notes on the rape tag: I'm tagging it this for two reasons. One is that two of the characters have experienced violent rape in the past, and while it *probably* won't come up in any explicit detail in this fic but it very much does in the series as a whole and may be referenced. The second reason is that while it doesn't happen on-screen in this installment of the series, one of the main conflicts of this series has been Jin Ling's deception of Jiang Cheng while they are in a relationship, causing them to breakup at the end of the last (already published) fic when Jiang Cheng discovers that he'd intentionally withheld information about himself to keep Jiang Cheng from finding out that their relationship is incestuous because he does not want him to reject him for this reason as the Jiang Cheng in Jin Ling's timeline had (temporarily). Summary: This fic is the 5th installment of a series (first 4 are already published here: https://archiveofourown.org/series/2835754) in which a 40yo, very powerful Jin Ling time travels to the past to prevent some terrible things. Something goes wrong, he arrives years later than he meant to and gets stranded, and decides to build a life for himself and fix what he still can.
He keeps his identity a secret, joins the Jiang sect, and enters into an incestuous relationship with Jiang Cheng, his uncle, who in this world is younger than him and has absolutely no idea they're related, as Jin Ling himself has not yet been born.
He does his best to keep his loved ones from befalling the same fates as before, to varying levels of success, and spends years living this new life.
In the last installment Jin Ling convinces Jiang Cheng and Jin Guangyao to marry to keep the latter safe. Jiang Cheng discovers who Jin Ling actually is and breaks off their relationship, kicking him out, telling him he needs space to decide if he even wants to speak to him again. Jin Ling leaves, and Jiang Cheng decides to go through with the marriage to Jin Guangyao anyway.
This last installment is focused on the romantic relationship developing between Jiang Cheng and Jin Guangyao as they plan their wedding, and Jiang Cheng's lingering/Jin Guangyao's budding feelings for Jin Ling, who is trying to find a way back to his original timeline, since he is no longer wanted in this one.

With a little encouragement from his brother, Lan Wangji decides to use their weekly hour meeting to try to connect with Wei Wuxian. But the more they meet, the more something seems off. Wei Wuxian seems to be far from the carefree boy Lan Wangji knew, instead almost coming off a skittish. As bruises and realizations grow, these two have a long way to go before they can find a happy ending.

Summary: Ever since their run in with the Justice Lords, Flash and Batman reached a new stage in their teammates-but-not-quite-friendship. When the dust settles, Flash finds himself wanting more from the man under the cowl, and the harder Batman pulls away, the more Flash is drawn to the elusive but subtly compassionate loner. The Fastest Man Alive needs to rely on his patience if he wants to get anywhere in his quest.

Summary: It’s a stenbrough fic (surprise surprise) and it’s loosely based off the concept of AHS’s Murder House. Bill and his new wife (Susan Brown; his first agent and it’s her bc his wife needs to be a bad person in this fic and I didn’t want to do that to Audra) move into a new home after a devastating miscarriage. That home is the house on Nielbolt, Bill figures some fresh air in a small town would be good for them, maybe also help their failing marriage.
Anyways guess what? The home already has residents. All of the Loser’s and some fun other cameos. Robert Gray is a just a ghost and he was just a human but his death (and what he did) was the catalyst for turning the home into a purgatory for everyone that would die there in later years.
The fic shows Bill and his blossoming friendship turned romance with Stan but they’re really just one of the many stories in this fic. Each of the Loser’s deaths are told- along with some of the cameos- and I’m really proud of the ideas I have for them. Richie’s is probably my favorite bc it adds to his ghost character. Spoiler: it has a lot to do with a pumpkin head. There’s also some side stories featuring their struggles of being stuck in this house.
It's a haunted house story with common themes of child murder/infant death and people making shitty decisions and there's a splash of romance but the main romance is kinda dubious.

One is that two of the characters have experienced violent rape in the past, and while it *probably* won't come up in any explicit detail in this fic but it very much does in the series as a whole and may be referenced. The second reason is that while it doesn't happen on-screen in this installment of the series, one of the main conflicts of this series has been Jin Ling's deception of Jiang Cheng while they are in a relationship, causing them to breakup at the end of the last (already published) fic when Jiang Cheng discovers that he'd intentionally withheld information about himself to keep Jiang Cheng from finding out that their relationship is incestuous because he does not want him to reject him for this reason as the Jiang Cheng in Jin Ling's timeline had (temporarily). Summary: This fic is the 5th installment of a series (first 4 are already published here: https://archiveofourown.org/series/2835754) in which a 40yo, very powerful Jin Ling time travels to the past to prevent some terrible things. Something goes wrong, he arrives years later than he meant to and gets stranded, and decides to build a life for himself and fix what he still can.
He keeps his identity a secret, joins the Jiang sect, and enters into an incestuous relationship with Jiang Cheng, his uncle, who in this world is younger than him and has absolutely no idea they're related, as Jin Ling himself has not yet been born.
He does his best to keep his loved ones from befalling the same fates as before, to varying levels of success, and spends years living this new life.
In the last installment Jin Ling convinces Jiang Cheng and Jin Guangyao to marry to keep the latter safe. Jiang Cheng discovers who Jin Ling actually is and breaks off their relationship, kicking him out, telling him he needs space to decide if he even wants to speak to him again. Jin Ling leaves, and Jiang Cheng decides to go through with the marriage to Jin Guangyao anyway.
This last installment is focused on the romantic relationship developing between Jiang Cheng and Jin Guangyao as they plan their wedding, and Jiang Cheng's lingering/Jin Guangyao's budding feelings for Jin Ling, who is trying to find a way back to his original timeline, since he is no longer wanted in this one.

Lan Wangji can't help but hope he'll finally be able to overcome his own stoney alpha exterior, and form some sort of connection with Wei Wuxian. Only to have the hope shattered when Wei Wuxian tells him they're obviously a placebo group. While the drug is desgined to help form pack bonds without the antiquated mating bite or a blood relation, they're too valued as family members to risk if something goes wrong. Without it, Lan Wangji fears his attempts will be as doomed as when they were younger.
With a little encouragement from his brother, Lan Wangji decides to use their weekly hour meeting to try to connect with Wei Wuxian. But the more they meet, the more something seems off. Wei Wuxian seems to be far from the carefree boy Lan Wangji knew, instead almost coming off a skittish. As bruises and realizations grow, these two have a long way to go before they can find a happy ending.

It picks up a couple of months after the ending of the final episode of the first season, with a strong focus on a relationship between Rand al'Thor and Mat Cauthon, the idea of struggling with a prophesied future, and the events at the ending of The Great Hunt, which does include interacting with a canonical culture in the series that enslaves (among others) the magic users of the population.

Summary: Pen and Des have had a long and happy partnership together as demon and rider, but Des is well aware that humans don’t live forever, and one last mission to deal with an invading army proves to be Pen’s last. Now Des is stuck as an unwillingly ascended demon with an unresponsive rider. Des may be struggling after outliving yet another rider, but being eaten by a saint and dissolved back into chaos isn’t her preferred outcome either. But maybe, just maybe, the Lord Bastard has more grace for his demons than any of them ever realized.
