TBH, I also knew that the fic would be the longest thing I'd ever finished, and kind of psyched myself out about it, so didn't start committing actual words until October 2015.How I Finished My Shit: WIP!BB's deadlines (and the promise of shiny art if I didn't flake out and let myself drop out!) were good for keeping myself from abandoning it to write quicker things, especially when I'd written all the big emotional scenes and had to go back to do all the less immediately exciting bits to tie them together.
