Sorry this is so late; I was dealing with family issues. This is the form you need to fill out to close out your participation in this round of WIPBB. It’s basically the same as the check-in forms, but it also has a line to put the URL of which WIPBB community you posted your bragging rights to (Livejournal, Dreamwidth or Tumblr...you may post to any or all but you only need one URL on the form).

THIS IS A MANDATORY FORM THAT NEEDS TO BE FILLED OUT. You can start submitting bragging rights at any point and the mods will approve them on your posting day, and then you can get the URL on your posting day for this form. If we don’t get your form answers by September 30th, you may be banned from future rounds.

ETA: Please only fill out the URL slot on this form with the URL of your bragging rights posted to the WIPBB Tumblr, the WIPBB Livejournal or the WIPBB Dreamwidth site.

I am going to delete all the form entries that link to the bragging post on personal sites or AO3. This form is meant to be filled out on your posting day, not beforehand.
