Story Title: The Pesky Virginity Issue
Fandom: BBC Sherlock
Link(s): AO3
Summary: After Molly's engagement ends she decides she wants to rid herself of her virginity since that was a major cause of the dissolution of her relationship with her ex. When her friend Mary suggests she knows the perfect person, things don't go quite according to any sort of plan she may have had in her head...but it has a pleasantly surprising result nonetheless.
Warnings: None
Characters: Molly Hooper, Mary Morstan, Sherlock Holmes
Pairings: Sherlock Holmes/Molly Hooper, background John Watson/Mary Morstan
When I Started: April 7th, 2018
How I Lost My Shit: I never completely lost it? MizJoely, one of the people I was writing this for, requested updates, and another fan of mine snagged it in a blind draw of fics for me to update.
How I Finished My Shit: Honestly, I was starting to run out of time for getting posts claimed by authors finished and the remaining parts sent to them before posting started. But I sat down one morning with a Kickstart and the Prodigy fan remix album “Remixers Must Die” and I suddenly wrote 6K in four hours and the next thing I know John and Mary are married and Sherlock and Molly aren’t virgins anymore.

Story Title: Daffodil Like Yourself
Fandom: 999: 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors
Link(s): Here @ my 999 fanfic journal.
Summary: Post-canon. When the Fields left SOIS, they left the esper cloak and dagger life behind. Three years later, Crash Keys drags them back in cursing and swinging. Ace is out of prison, First Nonary Game players have all but vanished, and when Santa and Snake are the next ones kidnapped everyone has no choice but to cooperate in order to survive and foil a fatal plan.
Warnings Major and minor character death, canon-typical violence and gore, forced medical procedures, human experimentation, and implied sexual content.
Characters: Santa, Snake, Clover, Junpei, Akane, Seven, and Ace.
Pairings: Santa/Snake, background Junpei/Akane and Seven/Lotus.
When I Started: Written August 2017 - February 2018.
How I Lost My Shit: Anxiety, plot difficulties, life issues, "It's just too hard to edit," and lost interest in the ship/brief burnout in late 2018. Came up with every excuse in the book not to go back and edit.
How I Finished My Shit: Realized I truly loved this story and didn't want to abandon it and have yet another unfinished WIP to my name. WIP BB was the perfect reason to get back to it. Loving supportive friends (shout out Sean and D) and interested readers helped a ton. I got sick of my own shit and whined to everyone who would listen as I worked, basically.
