We have three new co-mods!
aaweth_edain will be in charge of the Twitter account (![[community profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/community.png)
wipbigbang) where there will but updates, important announcements and some fun, too.
vexed wench will be in charge of our Word Wars segment, which will be run on the Livejournal and Dreamwidth platforms, as commenting is easiest there.
bere will be taking over doing the unclaimed art from me starting this round, to continue to make sure everyone who signs up as a writer gets art if they want it.
And I will be handling the Whine Bar, unless I can get another volunteer who would like to do that once a week. Once I get all of them set up on all three of our major platforms, we'll start talking about the schedule. In the meantime, there are two new things that will be put in place this round that I want to point out:
1 - We're only going to do four rounds of art claims. First round, you may claim one piece of art. Second round, you may claim two additional pieces. Third round, you may claim three. Fourth round, you may claim as many more that you want. After that, all unclaimed art will go to Bere.
2 - You can start posting your story to AO3/FF.net/other places on August 1st. However, if you need to start posting earlier because of chapter counts, you may send an email to the mod account asking to post earlier (just so I'm aware) and we can work on figuring out a schedule that works for you. I'm hoping no one will need to post any earlier than July 1st, but we'll see. I know we had people drop out because they would have had to rush posting, and I'd like to avoid that in future rounds.
