All you do is finish a short WIP (or not so short, your choice) you have and post it to the AO3 collection by February 15, then we'll reveal all the fics for International Fanworks Day. This is meant to be a really easy, very low commitment challenge, so there's no sign ups or keeping up with dates other than IFD as the due date.
