Summary: Loki had always struggled to come to terms with who he was, versus who he was supposed to be.

When I Started: July 2018
How I Lost My Shit: There was no plot to this fic. I went back and edited it several times over the years as I became more experienced, but I had no idea what to add.
How I Finished My Shit: I wanted to complete it so badly that I constructed an entire plot from scratch, in the end. It was half spite-fueled, with regards to the one bookmarker who tagged this fic as 'dead' (happy September Spite Month!), and half hope fueled, by all the kudos I'd still get years later and the one bookmarker who tagged it 'never gonna give you up'.
