Summary: After the revelation that there had been some plotting between Moriarty and Eurus before his death, Sebastian Moran had decided to do whatever it took to keep Molly safe...even if that meant ruining whatever the results of his ex-lover's collusion with the Holmes sister were. But after enough time had gone by, things changed, and that was when Eurus decided to strike. That was when Sebastian couldn't deny the truth any longer: Molly Hooper had become the most important person in his life...and he would do whatever it took to make sure she was safe.

When I Started: August 1st, 2018
How I Lost My Shit: I started a ton of WIPs the summer I started this one and while I updated this one periodically at the request of the person I was writing it for, it wasn’t until 2019 I decided I wanted to finish it.
How I Finished My Shit: With love and encouragement from my friend, I asked constant questions and talked about scenes she’d want. The sticking point (as I ended up writing this a bit out of order) was how to deal with Eurus without either Moran or Molly shooting her, and I think the compromise I eventually came up with was decent enough to allow me to finish writing the fic with the next chapter (I had the epilogue and the chapter before that written weeks earlier).
