Hi everyone! I just had a couple of things I wanted to talk about real quick.

First off is communication with mods, i.e. me. At the moment I'm the only mod running things, so unfortunately I can't respond to every comment on every platform. I'm trying my best, but there are a lot of you and I don't have much extra time! That means that I haven't been responding to comments unless I think it really needs response, like questions or drop outs, and often my responses come several days late. So please don't feel put off if you don't get a response from me, especially on check ins! If you really want one and I haven't responded in a couple of days, feel free to send an email and hopefully I can get to that faster.

Secondly, I've updated the FAQ a bit due to some confusion about emails. Basically it says that unfortunately we don't have the time to keep up an email list to send out reminders about deadlines, but please feel free to email us if you need to. If you have any questions about the FAQ update or about emails, don't hesitate to ask!

Lastly, just a few reminders:

• Snippets are due this Sunday, May 14th, at 11:59pm CST. Instructions on how to submit snippets can be found here.


• The discussion post is still open for you to post about your story and talk with others about theirs. If you're in a rut and need some help, try it out! And if you're willing to talk with other participatns about their stories, consider tracking the post so you can keep up with the comments.


• The artist interest form is open until May 14th as well. If you're interested in being first to know about art claims, please be sure to fill it out.
