Bragging Rights: I thoroughly enjoyed picking the music for this fic, which takes place in two specific years. Almost all the music is set either in that year that the chapters take place or the same decade. I wanted to set it up as though it's two mini mixes, one for each year, with the Talking Heads song joining them by signifying the beginning and end of the fic. But I will tell you it was hella hard finding information on the songs from the 40s, for real. I ended up making a last minute switch for a different version of one of the songs, but I think this is an interesting mix in the end.
